Board Game Sell Sheet reads the facts, links and art you send about an unpublished game. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, your art file and the finished sheet are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can do the free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the sheet; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish your game, your facts or your art; never contact a publisher, agent, convention or reviewer for you; never upload your file anywhere; never share an unpublished game's details with anyone; never sell or share your details; and never reuse your sheet, your words or your art for another designer.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
